I am very busy and sometimes I forget to eat which I know is really bad, but my go to lunch is Paleo wraps, they are super quick to make and I usually make heaps for the next day so I can just grab them out of the fridge.
Some other favourites are Gluten free crackers with hummus dip and Avocado on gluten free bread or on weekends I’ll sometimes indulge in a toasted ham, cheese & tomato sandwich.
I try to eliminate as much gluten, sugar and processed foods as possible from my family’s meals, although we do have treats and weekend surprises as the kids call it, but most meals I make at home are gluten free. We love grilled chicken with paprika, salt pepper and garlic and salad and corn. Italian food is also one of our favourites so I love to cook a Bolognese sauce with rice pasta or almond crumbed chicken with veggies
When we eat takeaway we always try to choose healthier options so our favourite is Grllld Burgers as this was one of the only takeaways I could eat at when I was really sick after being diagnosed with celiac disease and I love their low carb burger option, which is also Paleo.
We also love Indian and Italian food but when eating Italian I always choose a gluten free base.
